Our story
Mexikoo was born from a shared passion for Mexique, its landscapes and the warmth of its welcome. It all started with a trip to Chiapas, a region that remains the team's favorite, where the desire to showcase the country in a different way took root.
Settled in Mexico City since January 1st, 2016, Élise and Alexia, two French women who met in Luxembourg, founded the agency in 2017 in Roma Norte, in the heart of the capital. They gradually built an English-speaking receptive agency focused on responsible travel: selection of eco-friendly accommodations, immersion with local communities, strict respect for wildlife in their natural habitat, and support for Sea Shepherd Mexico to preserve ecosystems.
Today, Élise and Alexia coordinate a strong team in Mexico. Hugo, who has been based in Mexico for over ten years, oversees operations on the ground. Kim places personalization at the heart of her work, while Nicolas, Angie, Ilona and Marie design itineraries closely aligned with travelers' wishes. Angélique ensures the smooth running of the office. They all share the same conviction: travel is best when it is slow, thoughtful, and beneficial to the territories visited.

Yes, 7 days a week throughout your stay. You'll receive a local WhatsApp number + a dedicated emergency contact. Our on-site team can assist within hours in case of unexpected events (cancelled flight, illness, weather changes).
Your payments are 100% protected by the Professional Solidarity Association for Tourism. If a service provider (hotel, transport, etc.) or the agency fails, your funds are refunded. This is a mandatory guarantee for any French travel agency — Nomadays benefits from it across its entire network.
Yes, as much as possible. Changes made more than 30 days before departure are generally free of charge (excluding hotel rate differences). As your departure approaches, some bookings become less flexible — we always inform you of your options before confirmation.
Payment is made in full in France, in euros, with Nomadays — secured by credit card or bank transfer. You have no payments to make au Mexique: everything is pre-arranged (accommodations, transfers, guides, activities). You just need to budget for meals outside the itinerary and personal purchases.
