Explore Mexico through our tailor-made circuits, designed by Kim and her team from Mexico City. Each itinerary is crafted to reveal what makes the country unique: Mayan cities of the Yucatán, markets and moles of Oaxaca, colonial towns of the central highlands, indigenous communities of Chiapas, and whale lagoons of Baja California. Whether you travel as a family, couple, or friends, our circuits adapt to your pace and preferences, from a 12-day discovery circuit combining Mexico City, Oaxaca, and Yucatán, to an extended 3-week journey including Chiapas and the Pacific coast. You'll travel with an English-speaking local agency, available 24/7 on the ground.
Choose your trip in Mexico
How to choose your circuit in Mexico?
Mexico is not suited to very short trips: distances between regions are long and each area (Yucatán, colonial centre, Oaxaca, Chiapas, Baja California) deserves several days on the ground. On an 8 to 12 day format, we generally combine two regions, for example Mexico City with the Yucatán, or Oaxaca with Chiapas. For a first trip that really wants to grasp the country's diversity, the 13 to 17 day format allows you to explore three regions without rushing, including one or two internal flights. Beyond that, itineraries often include a beach break in Holbox, Mazunte or Baja California.
Different types of circuits
Our cultural circuits delve into archaeological sites (Teotihuacán, Palenque, Monte Albán, Uxmal), colonial cities and encounters with indigenous communities in Chiapas and Oaxaca. Adventure itineraries include trekking in the Sierra Norte de Oaxaca, diving in the cenotes of the Riviera Maya, descending the Sumidero canyon or observing grey whales in Baja California. Family trips alternate short cultural visits, beach days in the Yucatán and cooking or chocolate workshops with local artisans, at a pace suited to children.
What is the best season?
The dry season, from November to April, remains the most comfortable across the entire territory: clear skies in the Yucatán, mild temperatures on the central plateau (15 to 25°C during the day), ideal conditions for diving and hiking. From June to October, rains arrive in the late afternoon as brief showers, and September concentrates the cyclone risk on the Yucatán and Pacific coasts. For specific highlights: grey whales from January to March in Baja California, Guelaguetza in late July in Oaxaca, Day of the Dead in early November throughout the country.
